My favorite part of my job is being a great consultant and partner to all new business prospects and helping them overcome their issues by providing solutions. I do this by focusing on what we can achieve versus any negative experiences they may have had.
People choose Unitex over the competition for many reasons. Over 100 years of building and maintaining a successful family-owned business can’t be done without having 1000’s of happy customers, with some accounts retained for decades. The sales & service team wants what is best for each account and they also understand how to overcome obstacles so Unitex can be the best partner on an individual level.
The advice I give to a prospect looking for a new linen vendor is to look for a thorough salesperson who listens to all the challenges and wants to provide solutions, so they’re not stuck running their business without a quality linen service. The greatest challenge I encounter in my role are customers who assume all linen companies are the same and once they’ve had a bad experience with a competitor, they switch to buying disposable products and are nervous to trust again. I pride myself on having integrity and prioritizing what is in the best interest of each customer and facility, since no two are alike.
I grew up in Ocean County in Toms River NJ and now live in Bergen County, in East Rutherford NJ. I went to Brookdale. When not at work I’m super creative with interior décor, enjoy investing in stocks and crypto, and have a huge passion for rescuing dogs.
